Worst bus experience of me life.
Unfortunately, the air conditioning was not working on both the trip to and from the event. On the return journey, temperatures were in the mid-30s, which made the situation particularly uncomfortable.
I politely asked the driver if the air conditioning could be turned on, and he mentioned it would start working once the bus was in motion. However, after we began driving, it still did not work. As a result, passengers were left feeling extremely hot and sweaty. At this point we all started taking layers off, it was a bloody sauna in the bus.
This situation felt unsafe, especially considering we were returning from a Golden Plains where most of us may already be fatigued or dehydrated. Additionally, we noticed the bus did not appear to have been properly cleaned, as there were leftover McDonald’s bags from the initial pickup.
I wanted to bring this to your attention, as it significantly impacted our experience.

We booked with group transport Australia for our wedding yesterday and I have to say it was a breeze. Communication with the agent Paul was smooth with no issues, the driver they provided was absolutely great, the driver didn't mind going the longer route to get to our destination, because the quicker route was not necessary safe. Do your minibuses come with a driver?
Yes. Every minibus is hired with a professional, accredited driver – you don’t need a special licence.
Can you pick up from Brisbane Airport?
Yes. We run group transfers from both Gold Coast Airport and Brisbane Airport to anywhere on the Gold Coast.
Can the driver wait while we’re at a theme park or winery?
For a theme park day we usually drop off in the morning and collect at closing time. For winery tours the driver stays with the group.
What if we have more than 24 people?
